Rosaleda won over its clients with its generous living spaces and quiet surroundings where neighbors go unnoticed. All three of the four-story buildings were constructed within a 10,000m2 property that highlights its proximity to Mexico City’s emblematic Bosque de Chapultepec.

Once inside the conservative façade, units range from 500m2 to 600m2 with a smart distribution that ensures the maximum use of space. The large windows, three-meter high ceilings, well-lit rooms, as well as wooden and glass doors make these residences a coveted property. Setting the tone for future projects, the team at GIRFE was adamant about preserving the landscape in its natural state.
